This site places cookies on your computer. These are small text files that the site uses to identify your computer. To find out more about cookies, visit http://www.aboutcookies.org/.
The following cookies are used on this site:
- A cookie from the Bad Behaviour security plugin. This cookie is used to prevent comment spam. It is not a third party cookie: it is sent directly from this site to your computer. It contains the time of your last visit to the site, and the IP address your computer used at that time. This is because spammers normally change IP address when submitting multiple comments, in order to evade other security mechanisms. This is what is known as a ‘session cookie’: as soon as you close your web browser, the cookie is deleted.
- Two cookies from the ‘Cookie Control’ plugin. These are used to ensure that you don’t get shown the cookie warning more than once. They are permanent, unless you delete them using your web browser. A guide to deleting cookies is available from the About Cookies website.
